Due to planned growth this highly successfuln central coast based contractor is looking to engage an experienced Project Manager. The business are very strong in the retail and commercial sector and have won numerous awards along there history
You are likely to be employed as a Project Manager at present and be looking for a new challenge and a business that can offer the lifestyle of the Central Coast.
You will gain exposure to some of the regions most interesting projects and will have the opportunity to lead an experienced team of professionals and quality sub contractors. You will be responsible for your projects from concept through to completion and will be well versed in project management methodologies and systems coupled with being able to demonstrate strong leadership of project teams.
You are likely to hold tertiary qualifications in a construction dicipline or come from a trade background and demonstrate an enviable track record of project delivery supported by references.
If you have the experience to projects between $3m - $20m and the attitude that ensures you put in 100% to everything you do you will thrive in this environment.
