Marillac has a very interesting position available for an individual who has the drive and energy to make a real difference in the life of others.

Based on the spirit of the Daughters of Charity, Marillac is committed to responding to the needs of people who have a disability and their families. Marillac believe that every person has a right to develop physically, emotionally, socially and spiritually to his or her full human potential. To be successful in this position you should have excellent interpersonal skills, a sound experience in a disability service or similar and experience with DHS including negotiation.

Manage 3 shared supported accommodation services and ensure that professional, high quality services are provided to meet client satisfaction at the highest level.  Key to this service is the development of a “My Life Plan” for each individual who uses the service.

• Position may incorporate some shift work including weekends and sleepovers

• On call ????? ?????/7

For this position you will need a drivers license and a mandatory police check including working with children.
