Building and Construction Project Manager

Our Client has asked Workforce/xs to supply them with a Project Manager needed for a major Building and Construction
project in the Castlemaine, Victoria area. The position will be a full-time
position for a current project with a team from concept to completion.
THE POSITION
- General project coordination and contract adhesion
- Short term programming and forecasting
- On-site subcontract management
- Liaise with and report to the Project Manager (Brisbane), Project Director
- based (Castlemaine) with some travel
THE PERSON
- 10+ years experience in construction (manufacturing/industrial/commercial). Process manufacturing exposure an advantage
- 5 years in a similar role with exposure to projects over $20m
- Experience working on-site
- Degree which in Construction Management or Engineering an advantage
- Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task
- Effective communication
- Good computer skills, and exposure to MS Project
