Associate Director- Project Management

    The Role
    Reporting to the Director, Project Management, the core focus of the Associate Director is to lead a team of Project Managers based in Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne. Your day to day responsibilities will include but not be limited to: -
    ·         Resource management and project assignments across the PM team, ensuring ????? ????? and utilisation targets are met
    ·         Talent development, mentoring ????? ????? management of line reports, including technical assistance to team members at project level
    ·         Contribution to development and integration of PM processes and tools within Novotech
    ·         Contribution to BD activities and representing Novotech in discussions with new/existing clients
    ·         Acting as project director on designated projects
     
    Who you are
    You will have successfully completed tertiary qualifications in a health science and/or a related field.  In addition it is expected that you will have no less than 10 years experience within the pharmaceutical industry, either in Australia or overseas, with a minimum of two years of Project Management and two years of line management experience. CRO experience is desirable but not essential.
