My client is the leading Service Provider in investigations to the Insurance Industry. They are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their Factual Team as a Business Trainee.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of investigation referrals from clients. You will be part of a team developing a new approach to technical claims management while delivering ????? ????? service.
Responsibilities include preparation and quality assurance of Factual investigation reports, finalisation of accounts and preparation of client invoices, finalisation and archiving of files, producing a weekly work in progress report and providing general administrative support.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong Communication skills with a solution focus approach
- Good Administration skills and ability to work with large volumes of work.
- Demonstrated organisational skills including the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Ability to effectively multitask while maintaining high and consistent attention to detail
- Intermediate + skills with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Previous administration experience would be looked upon favourably.
