A magnificent opportunity has arisen in this global Electronics giant for a Air conditioning Commissioning Technician to join their professional, committed and friendly Service team. Additionally, you will report directly to the Air conditioning Service Manager.
Your main accountabilities include,
- Provide direct service to company’s range of domestic and commercial Air conditioners as required
- Take control of escalated Air conditioner issues where a service centre or servicing dealer has been unable to satisfactorily complete a repair
- Provide feedback on installation generated product failures to the Air conditioners service manager
- Meet with retailers as required to support the Air conditioners sales team as necessary
- Visit customers who are experiencing problems with their Air conditioners units where service companies are unable to repair due to technical or skill level issues
- Support end users with escalated product issues, this may involve visiting customers and repairing the items in the customers homes
- Supply feedback on product and field issues and liaise with the necessary technical staff to resolve any problems
To win this amazing opportunity you will have the following,
- Trade Qualifications (TAFE or Apprenticeship) and experience in providing high service/repair levels on Air conditioners
- Demonstrate the ability to accurately an quickly diagnose technical faults in sophisticated Air conditioners systems
- Strong communication skills with end users and retailers as well as other technical people within the industry
- Ability to explain technical/complex information in easy to understand format
