Our client, Australia's leader in the manufacture and distribution of aluminium products is seeking an experienced Customer Sales and Service Coodinator to join their successful team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Accurate and prompt coodination of sales orders
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers through the provision of ongoing technical and product support
- End to end processing of customer complaints
- Providing fully comprehensive quotations to customers
Essential criteria includes:
- Demonstrated customer service experience
- Proven sales experience in a telephone sales environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate PC skills
- Previous SAP experience
