Customer Service Manager
The Cabra-Vale Ex-Active Servicemen’s Club is a top 10 Club in NSW and has recently amalgamated with Campbelltown RSL to form the Cabra-Vale Diggers’ Group. The newly formed Group is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and self motivated person to drive their customer service programme.
The Customer Service Manager role will be responsible for building, implementing and driving customer service programs and relationships across the Cabra-Vale Diggers’ Group.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:

- Team player orientation
- High level of professionalism
Skills and experience:
- Team leader or supervisory role in the hospitality or retail service industry
- Relevant hospitality and or customer service experience.
- Excellent memory for names and faces.
- Organisational and time management skills
- Basic understanding of relevant legislation (with particular reference to Hospitality industry specific legislation).(Preferred but not essential)
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Demonstrated commitment to member service
The position is full time and while based in Canley Vale will require occasional travel between the two Clubs in Canley Vale and Campbelltown. The position will also require the successful applicant to work to a rotating roster involving weekends and night shifts.
