  • CLIENT DESCRIPTION, My client is a Global consulting house-system integrator; focusing on all levels of business critical operations. They design, build and manage these mission critical environments and partner with their clients to deliver operational efficiencies, reduced complexity, increased productivity and peace of mind. They deliver innovative and strategic solutions to their clients through collaboration and think outside the square to ensure each solution is tailored to meet the client’s challenges.  Headcount is approved to secure 1 Experienced Sales Exec with a long history of $500K+ Deals.   

    JOB DESCRIPTION, Reporting to the VP of Sales, your primary responsibility will be to sell security consulting services i.e. biometrics, surveillance, baggage reconciliation, smart card solutions and more to the Federal Government and Defence.  You will have to qualify leads provided, identify opportunities, promote & deliver these major services / consulting projects to these markets.  

    EXPERIENCE REQUIRED? Ability to determine and understand your customer’s business issues and needs. Your experience in solution selling will help you to maximise revenue within your accounts.  IT Outsourcing, Managed Services. The successful candidate must have an impressive sales track record & have closed significant large complex deals.  

    SALES SKILLS REQUIRED? Ability to articulate the value proposition; focus on selling business outcomes, not technology solutions, solutions sales approach, ability to develop high level long-term strategic relationships, negotiation and closing skills, self motivated, energetic, dedicated, driven, tenacious, achiever, well presented, able to communicate effectively at all levels.  

    REMUNERATION PACKAGE -Base Salary $200-260K Base +Super, Uncapped Commission with Aggressive Accelerators, + Mobile phone, Laptop etc.  Other benefits included also!
