Position Requirements...

• Previous Management or Assistant management experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Experience with training / mentoring staff

To be successful for this role, you must have substantial retail experience within a sales orientated environment. You will be an existing Store Manager, or Assistant Store Manager. You will be comfortable with driving a high pressured sales floor, along with providing exceptional customer service.
