This well established Sporting Goods retailer is Australia's premier brand and operates hundreds of outlets across Australia. The business has recently experienced some intensive growth and are now looking for tomorrows leaders today!
The Manager in Training Program has been specifically designed to provide experienced Managers with the training tools to further develop their skills. You would be taken under the wing of one of the companies more senior Managers and shown how to run the business in the company way. You would attend interstate training and take on further studies to set you up for success. The goal is to have you ready to take on your own store within 3 months. The end result is a Store Managers position in a very large and well established sporting label with a Salary in excess of $100K OTE.

As the Floor Manager you would move around the store and coach and develop your staff to reach their sales targets and improve their KPI's. You would develop a detailed product knowledge and work towards taking the next step in your career, a step that may take you through the door of success and into a Manager in Training role as described above.
Position requirements:
- Several years Retail Store management or previous Area management experience
- Must have managed up to 15 staff
- A solid KPI focus
- Experienced with training & development of staff
- Flexibility to work across any of the 4 Canberra Stores
- The ability to attend Interstate training if required
- There is an option to relocate if a position comes up across Australia
- A solid work ethic - Not a clock watcher!
