This small yet well established company with set for expansion, is looking for an experienced manager to take control of their busy high end street wear label in Canberra. You would be in charge of the merchandising of the store, setting up for sales and displays and following the companies reporting procedures.

The position requires you to motivate your team to be able to work in a busy environment, at a fast pace, while still having fun and giving your customers a relaxed vibe. You must be fit and healthy, able to process a high volume of stock. The most important part of the position is your ability to deliver the fun, youthful and trendy look through a positive customer experience and your own culture fit to the brand.

Salary Range - up to $45K base + Super + Bonus structure.

• Location - DFO
• Roster - Mon to Fri - week 1, Tue to Sat - week 2.
• No. of staff - Up to 5

 Position Requirements...

• Management or ASM Experience
• Experience in Retail Fashion (desirable)
• Experience in high volume sale
• Experience with staff training and development
• You must posses a outgoing personality
• Manage autonomously
