     I am on the hunt for experienced managers to work as Floor Managers within the business. As the Floor Manager you would move around the store and coach and develop your staff to reach their sales targets and improve their KPI's. You would develop a detailed product knowledge and work towards taking the next step in your career, a step that may take you through the door of success and into a Store Manager.

    Floor Manager - 1 Position Available 

    Position details...

    • Salary Range - $45K base + Super + Commission structure.
    • Location - Various across Canberra
    • Roster - Negotiable however some weekend work is involved.
    • No. of staff - Up to 30 for Store
    • Extras - Uncapped commissions, training & support, progression opportunities & more...

    Position requirements&

    • Must have managed up to 15 staff
    • A solid KPI focus
    • Experienced with training & development of staff
    • Flexibility to work across any of the 4 Canberra Stores
    • The ability to attend Interstate training if required
    • There is an option to relocate if a position comes up across Australia
    • A solid work ethic - Not a clock watcher!

    As the DEPARTMENT MANAGER you will be responsible for staff management, inventory control and customer service within the designated department. You will develop a detailed product knowledge and an even more detailed technical knowledge of all things Sports related. You will use this knowledge to recommend suitable solutions to your customers needs from "what's the best kind of runner for my foot?" to "I would like to lose weight and get fit." Your Solutions could change their lives! 

    Department Manager - 2 Positions Available - Footwear, Apparel, Equipment.

    • Salary Range - $38K base + Super + Commission structure.
    • Location - Various across Canberra
    • Roster - Negotiable however some weekend work is involved.
    • No. of staff - Up to 8 for Dept
    • Extras - Uncapped commissions, training & support, progression opportunities & more...

    Position Requirements...

    • Previous Experience with selling sporting goods (preferred)
    • Established customer service skills
    • A proactive attitude the ability to multi-task
    • Supervisory experience
    • A passion for health & fitness
