My Client is Australia's specialty fragrance retailer and range some of the worlds favourite fragrances and gift ideas. The business began in 1991 with the first store opening in Brisbane. Now with more than 50 locations across Australia, this exciting retail environment offers genuine fragrances and exclusive perfume deals. They also offer a gift wrapping service.

As the Store Manager you will be responsible for motivating and mentoring ????? ????? your store. You will report to your Regional Manager, maintain high house keeping standards and drive the busy sales environment.

To be successful  for this role you would ideally...

• Have strong retail experience
• Have supervisory experience of more than 5 staff
• Have come from the beauty / fragrance / fashion background
• Have experience with rostering ????? ?????

We are looking for candidates with strong retail management experience and who have a proven track record of achieving sales targets as well as very strong staff management skills.
