As the Store Manager you would be responsible for ensuring ????? ????? merchandising standards of the store, training of staff and driving of sales. You would use your previous experience in fashion Management to grab the bull by the horns and get this store ready for the busy Christmas period fast approaching.

Position Details...

• Salary Range - Up to $50K based on experience + Super + Bonus structure.
• Location - Various
• Roster - Generally Tuesday to Saturday although their may be flexibility for the right candidate.
• No. of staff - Up to 10
• Extras - Bonus structure, training & support, progression opportunities.

Position Requirements...

• Fashion experience with men's apparel (preferred)
• Management or Assistant Management experience of at least 2 years
• Experience working towards KPI's
• Experience coaching staff to success
• The ability to work independently & with minimal supervision
