Working  for large Government department this role will be involved in developing governance and policy documentation for the Department, also implement the framework and develop associated processes for its ongoing management.

Responsibilities include:
Development of governance and policy documentation relating to disaster recovery and service continuity
Provision of advice and assistance to the Department in the areas of disaster recovery and service continuity
Provision of disaster recovery and service continuity services to business and technical areas within the Department

Candidates should have:
Experience in development of governance and policy documentation would be well regarded.  In addition, experience in the area of disaster recovery and service continuity would be well regarded
Well regarded experience and knowledge of disaster recovery and service continuity
Demonstrated experience in development of policy and governance documentation
Ability to self manage, meet timelines and work as a part of a team;
Ability to provide advice verbally and writing to various audiences ranging from technical staff, business staff, senior executives and Portfolio agencies.

1st January 2010 start  for 6 months
