This federal department are currently seeking a very experienced Finance Officer at the APS 5 level to commence working immediately. The ideal candidate to join this team will have extensive experience as a Finance Officer in Federal Government, good communication skills and be able to hit the ground running.
It is absolutely essential to possess a well rounded background in a similar role as you will be working independently on multiple accounts at one time.
To be successful in this role you must;
- Be extremely confident using SAP
- Have previously done credit card reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable
- Have advanced Microsoft Excel spread sheeting skills
- Be able to work independently and also in a team
- Be responsible and have good time management and prioritising skills
It is advantageous to currently hold a Protected Clearance and to have a good understanding of Federal Government systems but also to have Procurement, Contracts and RFT experience.
Ideally this position is due to start on Monday the 23rd of November.
