Have you had extensive experience as a Change Manager?
Do you have a well founded background at this level?
Can you effectively organise and manage a national project?
To be considered for this role you must have experience as a Change Manager at an Executive level.
You must have exceptional organisational and communication skills.
You must have experience working with complex projects in Defence or similar Commonwealth agencies.
You must be an Australian citizen.
Experience using PRINCE2/PPM will be highly regarded
You will be required to engage in regional stakeholder communications an ability to travel a few days at a time is necessary.
You will be responsible for the development, management and implementation of;
- Change Management Strategy
- Communication Plans
- Facilitation and development of Standard Operating Procedures
- Training Strategy and Training Plan
- Process and/or Policy Documentation
