Have you had extensive experience as a Project Manager?
Do you have a well founded background at this level?
Can you effectively organise and manage a national project?
To be considered for this role you must have experience as a Project Manager at an Executive level.
You must have exceptional organisational and communication skills.
You must have experience working with complex projects in Defence or similar Commonwealth agencies.
You must be an Australian citizen.
You must have experience in Enterprise Resource Planning/SAP Projects.
You must have PRINCE2 Practitioner and/or a similar professional qualification.
You must have knowledge of estate and facilities management processes.
You must be experienced in Request for Tender (RFT) development and evaluations.
You will be responsible for;
- Developing, maintaining and managing the documentation including Request for Tender
- Evaluation and contract negotiation
- Funding submissions
- Project management plan, project schedule, project risk management plan, stage plans
- Lesson Learned Reports
- Project Change Control Processes and Register.
You will have to prepare and present;
- Project reports, briefings and presentations following Project Management guidelines.
