The Role

The commercial division is extremely busy and this growth has given opportunity for a Project Manager to join the team.  You will be responsible for overseeing and delivering large and prestigious commercial project with key clients to ensure that expectations are exceeded and the division continues to grow.

The expectations of a Project Manager are high, but so are the rewards and this is the perfect time to join this growing organisation at a senior level.

To succeed in this role you will need to be tertiary qualified and have the following experience:

• 5  years experience as a Project Manager in the fitout and refurb sector
• Experience gained managing projects within the fitout industry, delivering projects within budget to exceed expectations
• Experience on larger fitout projects up to $10m
• Demonstrable record of managing people with a continuous improvement philosophy to help them achieve their potential
• Excellent planning and financial management skills
• Superior communication skills with a service based philosophy and exceptional client-facing ability
• Strong IT skills
