My client is a well established builder in Canberra that concentrate on the delivery of commercial and residential projects valued above $20M. In recent years this company has gone from strength to strength and have increasingly grown in market presence within the ACT.
Typically projects are new build, and hence require a good understanding of both structures and finishes, and experience in groundworks is also desirable. You will have at least 5 years experience in a supervisory role on commercial construction projects valued $20M and above. Furthermore you will have either a trade qualification or building related degree and be able to display grounds up experience on new build projects.
You will be a keen and motivated individual looking to really set an impression within this company. This will lead to genuine opportunities into Site Management. We are looking for a good people's person, capable of driving subcontractors and keeping them happy for the fluency of the project. You will be a serious advocate of OHS and will be able to earn the respect of consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
