I have an immediate role for a well experienced Project Manager to work on fitout and new build projects in Canberra. My client typically delivers a lot of Government work and has secured a strong pipeline of projects for the next year.
With both fitout and new build projects, this builder has actually grown during ????? ????? economic downturn, mostly due to their outstanding reputation within the ACT construction market and continuous work with the ACT Government.
Due to recent growth, this business is looking to engage the services of a seasoned and well experienced Project Manager to deliver commercial fitout and construction projects valued $1m to $10m. Ideally this candidate will be self-motivated and looking to progress within the business towards Operations Management. During ????? ????? in between these two roles, the candidate will learn company systems and processes which will in turn assist them with their quest to Operation Management.
To be considered for this role you will have strong Project Management experience with a head contractor or fitout business and will have more than 5 years experience in Project Management.
The salary will pay up to $130K Pkg and the job will start within 1 to 3 weeks.
