A very well-known builder in Canberra are looking to secure a strong Contracts Administrator to work on a high profile $50M project. Having secured a strong pipeline of work for 2009 and 2010, this builder is widely acknowledged as one of Canberra's best, and has delivered some excellent projects in recent times.
Due to growth plans and success, this builder is looking to engage an ambitious and talented Contracts Administrator with approximately 2 to 5 years experience in commercial new build projects valued above $20M. They are looking to nurture and mentor this candidate into Project Management and will offer good support and a great working environment in the meantime.
To be considered for this role you will have between 2 and 5 years industry experience with project experience above $20M. You will be an ambitious candidate looking to progress into Project Management and to really set an impression on the business. You will preferably have degree qualification in Construction Management or a related discipline.
This role will require the successful candidate to be based in the Canberra region permanently. This means that you will either be based in the Canberra region or looking to relocate there permanently.
