Client Services Supervisor

  • You will be based in the Canberra office of this private sector company, and you will be responsible for:

    • leadership and management of staff;
    • coordinating and implementing development of systems and processes;
    • identifying and taking action to address client concerns that may require correspondence to ensure continuous disclosure;
    • drafting client communications in cluding annual reports, newlsetters and tax statements;
    • reporting and supporting the Manager of the section

    You will need to have the following experience in order to be considered for this position:

    • supervisory experience including leading a small team;
    • an understanding of investment markets and a backgroudn in banking, finance or related industry;
    • drafting written correspondence for external publications;
    • some exposure to managing small projects particularly related to systems and processes

    You will need to posess the following skills to be successful in this position, including:

    • high level organisational, time management, and planning skills;
    • high level of attention to detail and accuracy;
    • ability to manage and lead the team in a courteous and professional manner;
    • strong oral and written communication skills;
    • strong computer literacy in particular the MS Office suite

    Finance or business qualifications and communication studies highly regarded but not essential.
