This role involves managing properties and ensuring that work is undertaken in accordance with contractual arrangements and to timescales, then inspected at completion before signing off.

Your role is to coordinate the subcontractors who are providing maintenance services for a large property portfolio. Your communication skills come to the fore as you liaise with different stakeholders.

To be successful you will need to be a qualified carpenter, demonstrating your experience in previous supervisory roles. Microsoft office computer skills are required.
