THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for achieving Store Sales Objectives through -
- Leadership - Lead a motivated and passionate retail team to ensure the effective delivery of an on-brand experience for your current and potential customers. You will do this by building and maintaining relationships with your key customers who want you to keep them in the loop when new styles hit your store!
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
You are an experienced and lively retail manager who can demonstrate your ability to lead a team to achieve overall business objectives for your store.
Your background will be in fashion or fashion accessories and you will have a proven record in achieving set goals with a focus on people coaching and development.
