We are seeking a bubbly and friendly person with property management experience to join the property team. This company is a locally owned company that develops and leases commercial buildings.
You will be looking after a team of commercial property managers and your main responsibility will be to ensure the properties are maintained and presented to the satisfaction of the tenants.

To be successful in this role, you will need to display previous skills in the following:
- Extensive experience in commercial property management
- Budgetary experience, managing and authorising
- Commercially savvy, have a love of property
- Like a fast paced atmosphere
- Be relationship focussed
- A commitment to customer service
- Want to work as part of a team
Your outstanding written and verbal communication skills are a must as the position also entails management of contracts including financial issues and preparation of project progress reports. To be considered for this position you will need to demonstrate experience in a similar role.
