Facilities Management Team Leader – Canberra Based

    ASIO’s Facilities Management Team is responsible for the ongoing functioning and maintenance of our facilities nationally. As a senior member of our in-house Facilities Management Team you will manage a large team of technical assistants and security escorts.
     
    With a strong focus on service delivery, your key responsibilities will include managing broad ranging requests from your internal stakeholders, rostering ????? ????? your team to complete requests within a timely manner. You will also liaise closely with external suppliers and contractors and manage a range of minor works projects.
     
    Currently you may be working within the construction or services industries, your prior experience working in project management and leading and developing teams will be highly regarded. High level oral and written skills, coupled with the ability to accurately document work will see you as a key candidate for this role. You will require a sound understanding of Microsoft Office applications to ensure you can effectively manage all of the competing priorities and a current driver’s licence is essential.
