I have a superb role available with this client, a market leading OnLine/E-Learning company based in Canberra ACT. With an ever growing client base & first class range of products & services they are now looking to recruit a Instructional Designer/Trainer to join their team. I am looking for candidates who are self-starting, highly motivated and possess a solid background in IT Training and have a real passion for the industry. E-Learning/Online training experience is NOT essential as full training will be available to the right candidates. You could come from a traditional teaching background, have IT training experience/traditional classroom training experience as long as you have 2 years relevant experience and understand how to teach/train and the principles of training. Relevant academic qualifications in this field are strongly preferred. Any experience in Project Management would be highly desirable but again my client will provide full training to the right applicants. These are permanent roles, long term positions and my client is an excellent employer and offers excellent training and career development to its applicants.
