As the Solutions Architect for this nationally owned ICT company, your role will be to provide a high level of technical advice and expertise to sales teams and to manage sales & solution design engagements to secure new business by designing best value for money solutions.

You will develop detailed customer technical designs, bills of materials and client proposals, both in proactive and in tender response scenarios to enable the client to secure new business with key customers. Your focus will be on managed solution technical designs, costing and risk assessment and will primarily work with BDM's in qualifying opportunities and developing technical and infrastructure designs.

We are seeking candidates with a detailed understanding and previous experience in one or more of the following areas:
 
Security - Cisco, Nortel, Checkpoint,
Wireless Networks (Cisco, Nortel, Aruba)
Data Networks (Cisco, Juniper, Nortel - routing & switching)
Video networks and digital media
Systems and Storage methodologies architecture: Microsoft and Unix, Server, Network, Desktops.
 
Applicants must be Australian citizens with the ability to obtain a security clearance. There is a very competitive salary on offer for the successful candidate.
