Multiple contract ETL / Datastage developer role available with federal agency
Two vacancies available
Immediate start and until 30 June 2010

As an ETL analyst/programmer, you will be responsible for the following:
- Delivery of reporting information solutions within the Reporting environment, including technical requirements gathering, technical analysis, specification, design and development;
- Data analysis;
- Support development of Business Intelligence Solutions;
- Involve in new development and supporting existing systems and
- Mentoring ????? ????? transfer to permanent staff.
Your area of expertise will include:
Experience in
- DataStage;
- SQL;
- Unix;
- Perl;
- Industry experience in data transformation;
- Ability to interact and work well in team environment;
- High level communication & facilitation skills;
- Ability to transfer skills/mentor junior team members and
- Data Warehousing experience.
The following criteria would be highly desirable
- DataStage Administration skills;
- DataStage configuration experience;
- Testing skills/experience and
- Data discovery/ analysis skills.
As the position is security cleared, it is highly desired that the potential applicants hold a current clearance at Protected or higher level with Commomwealth.
