Senior IP Engineers

We are working for a well established company whose clients include major Telcos, Government and Financial institutions.  Located in Canberra, they continue to grow and expand. This company has an outstanding reputation for service and delivery and they are looking for someone to join their team who will enhance their status.

 

This diverse role requires a customer focused IP engineer to assist in the following areas:

• Pre & Post sales support for IP testing equipment
• Provide training to corporate carriers, integrators and utilities with a focus on Ethernet, IP routing, VoIP applications etc
• Provide level 1-3 technical support to corporate customer base
• Assist in the design, deployment and maintenance of Ethernet/IP networks

The role requirements include:

• Ability to liaise with existing sales partners and customer account
• To provide such services as -Proof of Concept, IP Monitoring, SLA validation, QOS validation, design and more

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• A minimum of 3 years experience in an IP Support role
• Be passionate about delivering ????? ????? clients
• Technically competent
• Great interpersonal skills
• The ability to liaise at Senior level within major organisations.
• Minimum CCNA certification or higher CISCO qualifications
