Our client, a household name in the ICT industry is seeking a permanent Contact Centre Applications Specialist - Nortel. Working as part of a small team of professionals your primary purpose in this role is to provide onsite Contact Centre operational support for a government client. Your responsibilities will include incident management, troubleshooting, providing Contact Centre Technology and process subject matter expertise and advice, Contact Centre application management and optimisation, scripting, testing and translating customer business requirements into call ????? ????? logic. The initial main focus of this role will be on Nortel Contact Centre technology skills.
