We are seeking a Sales Specialist to sell our Contact Centre Solutions to our Enterprise & Government customersYou will support our customers & account teams in taking our extensive Contact Centre Solution portfolio to market. To be considered for this role you must have a demonstrable track record in Contact Centre Solution selling. Product knowledge and its application to business and associated benefits is required and knowledge of Telstra core Voice & IP Data products would be advantageous. An understanding of current & future trends in Contact Centre technology and markets is key. To be successful for this position you must possess a high level of commercial acumen including capability to understand and balance commercial, political, financial and technological implications of a solution. The ability to think laterally and identify new business opportunities is essential.
