Technical Support Specialist

As a technical support specialist for this innovative company you will be responsible for providing Desktop and Level 2 technical support.
 
This company have recently secured a number of big contracts in Canberra and are looking for high quality IT staff to join their local team.
 
To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following;
·         Understanding of SLA requirements and performance objectives for customers
·         Ability to manage customer expectations and delivery time frames
·         Strong customer service relationship skills
·         Minimum two years previous technical experience (eg Microsoft, Novell, Citrix, Blackberry)
·         Exposure to one or more hardware technologies (eg SAN, blades) desirable.
·         ITIL certification
·         Good analytical and problem solving skills
·         Other relevant industry certifications
