Do you have a minimum of 12 months service desk support experience? Do you want to work for an employer that takes a genuine interest in the development of your career?

You must have worked in a similar role previously and be able to demonstrate the following qualities;
• Excellent telephone and communications skills
• Must be reliable
• Excellent sense of urgency
• Ability to manage time and workflow in order to meet services levels
• Ability to deal with high-pressure situations
• Strong customer service orientation
• Work as an effective team member
• Worked in a Microsoft including Active Directory and Exchange
• Knowledge of ITIL – understanding of service desk function and incident management
