As the Service Desk Analyst you will receive customer requests via telephone, email and Service Desk software, clarifying requirements and logging details into the Service Desk system.
It is essential that you have previous experience in a similar role, outstanding communication skills and a proactive attitude to solving problems. Previous experience working in an ITIL environment will be viewed upon favourably.
