We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Data Modeller to join the project team working on a multi-agency initiative to reduce the reporting burden on Australian businesses.  
   
In your role of Business Analyst / Data Modeller you will classify and harmonise information, develop and maintain detailed conceptual and logical data models, design and build message schemas, and assist with change control and governance processes, including impact analysis.  
Further, you will develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, contribute to leadership in delivering ????? ????? practical solutions, participate in training, and support the development and mentoring ????? ????? team members.  
As a Business Analyst / Data Modeller you will have excellent communication skills and attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.  
 
You will be able to demonstrate experience with,  

• conducting analysis and creating and maintaining system documentation for complex areas of functionality.  
  
• working within a large-scale IBM mainframe environment.  
  
• Forms and Information Analysis.  
  
• MIM’s.  
  
• XBRL Reporting.  
  
• Element Tables.  
  
• Message Implementation Guides (MIGs).  
  
• Technical and functional specifications.
