Collective Resources is an IT recruitment company that provides contracting and permanent recruitment services to both public and private organisations. Collective Resources began operations in early 2004 and has grown to achieve annual revenues exceeding $10 million.
You may or may not previously have had experience within the recruitment or IT industries, but you will be confident of your ability to rise to meet new challenges.
Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Team Member your will enact and manage Collective Resources recruitment processes. This involves:
- Managing recruitment projects;
- Managing internet advertising;
- Liaising with senior IT professionals;
- Effective management of huge volumes of information.
Experience Sought:
- IT recruitment experience is desirable but not mandatory;
- Experience in a customer orientated position;
- Development of written documentation;
- Ability to communicate in challenging circumstances;
- Negotiation;
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and deal with pressure;
- Strong PC and typing skills;
