Reporting directly to the CEO, in this senior management position you will lead a small team and provide direction on development of the business, services and delivery model nationally for the Australian Government sector.
They key focus of this role is to develop and implement Government partnerships within Konekt Operations by:
• Development of a national framework for dealing with all government tiers and agencies
• Developing and implementing an external marketing plan and internal education program
• Managing and growing key accounts, including policies and procedures
• Development of operational procedures to ensure compliance to contracts, as well as acting as the Comcare principal to ensure ongoing accreditation
To succeed in this role you will need to possess:
• Tertiary qualifications and previous experience in a senior operations management role
• Prior experience in development and growth of government accounts, including tender coordination and addressing key selection criteria
• Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to manage projects involving multiple business units
• A commercial focus with the ability to influence and manage change
• Previous experience in organisational health/workplace rehabilitation
