Our client is a prominent national Occupational Rehabilitation Provider, experiencing considerable success in a competitive marketplace. Opportunity for a dynamic Allied Health professional to manage the Canberra office of this flourishing organisation now exists.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the primary responsibilities of your comprehensive new role will include:
- Effective client management, with business needs being met in a timely & accurate manner
- Development of new business opportunities via targeted service promotion & additional strategies
- Ensure all activities are performed within WorkCover legislative guidelines & organisational QA policies
- Financial planning & operation of branch to agreed targets
- Oversee Human Resources function, recruitment, training & performance management of branch staff
To be successful in this role, you will hold:
- Allied Health Tertiary qualifications
- Sales Management experience, with a strong commercial focus & demonstrated ability to achieve business targets
- Extensive Injury Management experience
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant WorkCover & OHS legislation
- Strong communication skills (both verbal & written)
- Excellent interpersonal & relationship-building ability
