BerrySmith G CC_(??) ???? ????Community Coordinator Full-Time Permanent Position (Salary Package $42,883 - $45,495 plus private use of a fully maintained car)Goodwin has recurrent funding to deliver CACP, EACH, EACH(D) community packages. As one of our CommunityCoordinators you will work as part of a team in the deliveryof care and support services to Goodwins clients living athome, including assessing the needs of clients and allocatingstaff resources to best deliver services. The main functions include case management, care planningand ongoing evaluation of the recipients care and wellbeingby advocating, liaising and negotiating with clients, theirfamilies, guardians, medical professionals and other supportservices.
