Your role as a branch manager will involve people management, financial accountability, relationship management and a strong customer service focus. This will include managing a team of customer service officers and customer service specialists, providing appropriate support and training to enable these individuals to achieve and exceed expectations, managing the profit and loss for the branch and working to achieve financial targets. The lending component of the position will require you to business develop from new and existing St George clients and external business referrers. You will be required to write and structure home loan applications, as well as coaching and mentoring ????? ????? for lead generation opportunities. To be considered, you will have a proven track record in branch management with experience in residential lending and excellent leadership capabilities.
