FINANCE BROKER United Financial Services (UFS) is Australia's largest Consumer Finance Brokerage firms with 28 offices nationally and specialising in the origination of auto loans and leases. Part of the AFICO Group, UFS is the dominant player in the local market and is now seeking an enthusiastic service orientated individual for their Canberra office which has been established for almost 10 years.Reporting to the Branch Manager you will liaise with an existing portfolio of local Motor Vehicle, Motorcycle and Marine dealers both on a face to face basis and via telephone. Your main role will encompass the ongoing servicing of these existing dealers and will include speaking with clients of these dealers, taking and preparing ????? ????? files and liasing with the office staff to ensure applications for these clients are processed efficiently and expeditiously. Working with limited supervision, other duties will include selecting and negotiating with the appropriate lending and insurance institutions and attending to the execution and settlement of loan and insurance documentation on behalf of clients and introducers. Acute attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks will enable you to deal with the demands of this dynamic industry and its customers.Ideally, you will have experience in the motor industry in either finance, insurance or sales however if you have a sales background outside of the motor or finance industry and are looking for a new challenge in a very dynamic industry we would welcome your application however please be aware that alternative weekend work is applicable. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate however you will need to be a confident communicator and exhibit an uncompromising service persuasion. PC skills are essential.
