Job Description
Duties
As senior manager, you will be responsible for and contribute towards, the implementation and delivery of a range of Australian Government contracted employment services and education programs in the Regions. You will be required to manage a team to achieve key business outcomes. You will also be required to represent DEEWR and the State/Region at various forums.
Successful applicants will need to demonstrate effective leadership, management, analytical and communication skills. You will also have a strong understanding of principles of effective contract management, including programme assurance, and be able to work effectively in partnership with a range of stakeholders, including state/territory governments, to achieve outcomes.
