Due to recent civil/roads project wins, a new position has been created for an exeprienced Roads/Civil designer.
Reporting to the regional director, your responsibilites will include: -

• Coordination and preparation of designs and documentation for civil engineering ????? ?????.
• Develop appropriate strategic, concept and detailed design solutions for urban infrastructure road projects.
• Designing of major urban roads, intersections and associated drainage design
• Budget time and cost to perform the design input requirements of the Brief.
• Liaise with RTA, external authorities and local councils in respect of the preparation of designs and approval process.
• Develop positive relationships with both internal and external clients.

The successful applicant will have a minimum of 7 years local experience in road design, urban development design & design review, solid experience in preparation of design and documentation for road and drainage works and a sound knowledge of RTA design requirements and appropriate standards (RDG, Austroads).  Experience with MX, 12D, AutoCAD and DRAINS is essential and experience in land development would be highly advantageous.
