As one of the benchmarks of the Australian business community, this Fund Manager is recognised as one of region’s largest. With Property interests in excess of $20B, their commercial and retail portfolio contains a collection of iconic commercial towers and high performing shopping centres.  

Reporting into the Centre Manger, your mandate will focus on the operational performance of the centre. Technically, you will drive advancements in operating efficiencies, overseeing mechanical and electrical performance and setting preventative maintenance strategies and managing upgrades. Focusing on sustainability you will employ initiatives to encompass water, waste and electricity usage. Concerning capital works you will manage projects and oversee retail fit outs in combination with delivering OH&S and other risk and liability minimisation initiatives.

To succeed in this role a significant experience operating in a Facilities Management capacity within a retail environment will be required. Strong written and verbal communication skills will be required, as will a management style centred on collaboration and partnership. Technical qualifications either trade or tertiary will be required with significant fit out experience considered advantageous.
