The APS4 Recruitment Officer has a dedicated workload and duties are assigned on a rotational basis to ensure job variety and team continuity, and would suit applicants who enjoy working in a dynamic and busy team environment.The range of responsibilities include providing support to the Recruitment Account Managers, managing day-to-day recruitment actions including induction and coordination of new starter paperwork, scheduling medical appointments, managing recruitment outcomes including engagements, movements and promotions, notifying employment opportunities in the Government Gazette, the provision of accurate and timely advice to managers on recruitment matters, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
