Do you enjoy reception and have a passion for delivering superior customer service?
If you have previous reception experience, a can do attitude and a passion to perform this is the role for you!
In this role you will answer incoming calls to the switch line, meet and greeting very high level government officials, including ministers of parliament, high level delegates and members and guests, handling enquiries and complaints both face to face and over the phone and diary management.
You will also provide assistance and support to the Office Manager, maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels as well as ensuring the smooth running of the office b y managing the meeting rooms.
As a frontline Receptionist you will have:
Superior and polished communication skills
Impeccable presentation
Demonstrated experience working for a corporate organisation
Intermediate skills in MS Office.
