This large Federal Government Department is seeking an Assessing Officer to support their busy team.
Located in the City, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks to support the program, liaising with delegates and other Government Departments, assessing technical applications in accordance with policy and legislation and providing advice and support to public and departmental enquiries.
To be successful, you will need a background in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science with strong administrative skills. Furthermore, you must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and a desire to work as part of a team. You will also need to be flexible to work long hours and undertake additional duties to support the team.
